The 90-day program is $900 if you pay in full, or $1,200 total with a payment plan ($500 today, $350 on day 30 and $350 on day 60). It includes a consultation and metabolic evaluation, initial and follow-up labs, medically supervised dose titration, 12 weekly treatments and check-ins, a nutrition plan with exercise recommendations, and WhatsApp follow-up. The first step is a $49 metabolic evaluation, fully credited toward your program.
Do I need health insurance?+
No. We work with direct pay and clear prices. We do not accept insurance, but we offer discounts and payment plans for uninsured patients.
Who is a good candidate, and who is not?+
That is decided at your evaluation visit. Your provider reviews your health history, your medications and your goals to decide whether the program is right and safe for you. If it is not, we will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
What results can I expect?+
Everyone is different, and we cannot promise a specific result. What we do offer is close medical support for 12 weeks so you can move forward safely. Individual results may vary.
How many visits are there, and how often?+
One check-in every week during the 12 weeks of the program, plus your initial and follow-up labs.
Does it include a meal plan?+
Yes. You receive a personalized nutrition plan and exercise recommendations built around your body, your schedule and the way you eat.
Are there side effects, and who follows up with me?+
Any medical treatment can cause discomfort in some people. Your provider explains what to expect and which signs to watch for, and at your weekly visits we check how you feel and adjust as needed. Follow-up is handled by the clinic team, with Gregory Testamarck, FNP-C.
