When the bone quantity is not very enough, the surgery technique offers solutions to either small areas or the whole maxilla, that allow to improve the diagnosis of theses cases. The bone grafts is a bone substitute, that allow to form it again in zreas where there are no bones, taking advantage of the capacity of the bone regeneration, proteins that are inducers and have grafts, and the proteins that we can obtain from the same patient's blood (concentrated plasma platelet). So that we can provide a solution on almost every case no matter the bone quantitiy they have.

- Grafts in units
On most of the cases, when there were a dental extraction, it was required a bone graft for the implant. Most of the time it is required grafts mixes of heterologos grafts ( that they don't come from the same patient). synthetical or bank grafts can be utilized.

- Block Grafts for small plots:

- Treatment of maxillary sinus:
In these cases where the sinus maxillary has descended and is associated to the lost of vertical bone of the alveolar (reborde), installation of implants due to no bone in a vertical way is imposible.
