We want to appoint that the technique for rehabilitation with these kind of patients, will depend of the available bone, because the lost of the dental pieces will cause a phenomenon we know as Physiological Bone Resorption. This will determine the number of implants that can be located. Undoubtly, economical factor is a main condition. Fortunately, the development of the surgery techniques in rehabilitation and implant designs can give a solution in these cases.

- Rehabilitatoin with two implants (Removable solution):
It has called overdenture. Implants are located at the superior maxilla or mandible. These implants can connect among themselves through rod or they bear pillars ball. Both solutions bear a removable prosthesis that can be removed by the patient when he needs it for hygiene. So, it will be a prosthesis that is RETAINED by the implants but SUPPORTED by the mucosa of the chines

- Rehabilitation with four implants. (solution with a fixed prosthesis):
Technique named All On Four™. We locate four implants either at the superior maxilla or inferior one. It's main characteristic is the presence of two implants in the anterior sector and parallel to each othr two implants in the posterior area located in se angular shape. This will allow the installation of a fixed prosthesis which is screwed over the implants.

- Rehabilition through a bigger quantity of Implants in the superior and inferior Maxilla:
The main objective of this kind of rehabilitation is the fixed (protesica) solution. Implants can be located in a strategyc way over the maxilla, depending on the quantity of available bones and they could replace the majority of the dental pieces. These prosthesis are always fixed and they replaced more pieces than located implants. This mean, that an Implant replaced more than just one dental piece.
